The Creighton Model – Highly effective!

The Creighton Model FertilityCare™ Chart is the most useful tracking tool available to maximise chances of conception. The figures and research results speak for themselves…

  • In the first cycle of charting and trying to conceive, more than ¾ of couples successfully conceive.
  • Within 6 months, almost 100% of couples successfully conceive.

This is particularly useful research seeing as infertility evaluation or treatment within mainstream medicine is usually not commenced until the couple have been ‘trying’ for a minimum of 12 months…

What is infertility?

Infertility is usually defined as the inability of a couple to achieve a pregnancy over the course of one year when intercourse is occurring randomly.

A newer definition of infertility also exists in a situation where the woman is tracking her menstrual cycles using the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System. With tracking, a couple can use fertility focused intercourse. In such a situation, if pregnancy does not occur over the course of six menstrual cycles then it is highly likely that an underlying fertility problem exists and infertility evaluation can begin sooner rather than later.

This is of particular benefit as many couples are leaving childbearing until later in life.

Infertility Success Rates with NaproTechnology

The likelihood of success varies according to a couple’s profile. Scientific data was published in the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine in Sept 2008. The study is available online at www.jabfm.org/content/21/5/375.full

Average success rates are approximately 40-50% but up to 80% in cases of PCOD and Recurrent Miscarriage.

The overall success rate for Infertility is between 40 to 50%, for an average female age of 35 years and 5 years trying to conceive. Success rates are less for older women, men with very low sperm counts or in cases where pelvic adhesions or endometriosis are severe.

In cases of recurrent miscarriage up to 80% of couples can expect a successful outcome with treatment.

Couples are told what their probability of success will be during the initial medical consultation before they enter the programme. To date over 800 couples in Europe have had successful pregnancies using this approach. Over 150 couples have now conceived despite a history of repeated failed IVF attempts.

In addition, couples with 8 and 9 miscarriages have had successful treatment with NaProTECHNOLOGY. Referral for specialised surgery is recommended if it is deemed necessary to restore optimum fertility potential.
